The Rosa...Dear Santiago:
Thank you for your e-mail. The Rosary is one of the most powerful prayers in the Church, second only to the Holy Mass and the Liturgy of the Hours.
Young people pray the Rosary because they believe in the promises of the Rosary. They put a great deal of trust in Our Lady. In most of Mother Mary's apparitions down through the centuries, she has appeared to young people, because their minds have not become cluttered up with the garbage of the world.
Satan and his cohorts would do anything they can to block the words of Our dear Lord Jesus, His Mother Mary, the Angels and the Saints. If you look at all the video games on the market, and all the videos on television, aimed to distract the youth from real values, you can see how important they are. We have to pray for the young. They are the future of the Church and of the world.
In our book "The Rosary, the life of Jesus and Mary", in addition to sharing reflections on the various mysteries of the Rosary, we have a chapter on the history of the Rosary, and the Victories of the Rosary. The Rosary was given by Our Lady to a Spaniard, St. Dominic Guzman.
We pray for our children, and try to gear our tv programs and our writing to them. One of our books, "Holy Innocence" is geared towards the young. You might be interested in that book, or any of the TV programs based on that book.
Again, thank you for your e-mail. God bless youBrother Joseph Freyaldenhovenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07831896317070154451noreply@blogger.com
